Creative Research in the DX Studios

Here at Dance Exchange, we take pride in serving as an incubator for creative research. We value the investigation and research that’s happening in our own practice and in the practices of our many colleagues in the field. As you can imagine, we’re always looking for ways to intersect and engage with the moving, making, and researching that’s happening in our our own network and beyond.

If you, too, are looking for opportunities to dig in to some of the creative research that’s happening in the field right now, Dance Exchange invites you to join us on October 6 for an informal showing of a work-in-progress by longtime Dance Exchange affiliate, Peter DiMuro. For those of you newer to the Dance Exchange community, Peter was a longtime artist and collaborator with the company, and, though he is now deeply engaged in the arts community in Boston, we’re excited to welcome him back into the DX studios!

After spending the day in rehearsal in the DX studios on October 6, Peter and his collaborators Elver Ariza-Silva and Nino de los Reyes will share their work-in-progress at 4:00pm, followed by a Critical Response Process session facilitated by John Borstel.

More information below! Hope to see you there!
