Verbal Gymnastics
Verbal Gymnastics is an interactive theater company where storytelling meets community. We believe that our stories embody who we are just like human DNA. Through the use of live interactive storytelling called Playback Theatre, the community shares stories with one another and birth stronger community connections. Our performing troupe consists of a conductor, live musician, and many actors trained in improvisation. We are based out of Washington, D.C. and our founder is John Johnson a native Washingtonian.
