A partnership between Dance Exchange and iDance
July 15-19, 2024
9am - 4pm daily
What is Dance Exchange’s Summer Camp?
Dance Exchange, in partnership with María Daniel, is excited to host the iDance signature Hip Hop Experience Dance Camp. This dynamic camp offers youth the opportunity to dive into the fundamentals of Hip Hop Dance through experiential and interactive activities. Participants will explore specific techniques, vocabulary, dynamics, and the musicality of Hip Hop while learning about the rich elements of Hip Hop culture and movements from various eras.
The Hip Hop Experience Dance Camp is an exclusive offering from iDance. The camp teaches intergenerational Hip Hop authentically, contextually, and experientially. This week-long camp, designed for youth ages 8-12, will also incorporate Dance Exchange's creative tools and practices, fostering creative reflection and imaginative expression.
