Announcement: Takoma Arts Exchange Series Launches with Funding from the City of Takoma Park 

Dance Exchange has received funding from The City of Takoma Park’s Community Quality of Life Grants Program to launch the Takoma Arts Exchange program series. Join us for this series of events fostering creativity, collaboration, and community engagement throughout Takoma Park. These events will bring together individuals, organizations, and entrepreneurs for professional development and creative exchange.

  • February | Pathways to Racial Equity: A Moving History Tour of Takoma Park

  • March | Critical Response Process Workshop: Enhancing Feedback Skills & Creative Connections

  • April | Green Futures: Business & Creative Practices for Climate Action

    • Date: Tuesday, April 15

    • Time: 5:30pm - 7:30pm



  • May | Cultivating Financial Sustainability: Resource Development for Artists and Organizations

    • Date: Sunday, May 11

    • Time: 1:00pm - 3:00pm



These offerings are designed to convene and merge creative forces through inquiry-based dialogue, facilitation, and action-building. They provide valuable networking opportunities for socially engaged artists, organizations, and entrepreneurs across Takoma Park.
